Reading shared accounts without shaming anyone

Shared logins are common in Malaysian households — one Apple or Google account, several phones, one lock app. When something changes, blame travels faster than evidence.

We treat activity history as a map, not a courtroom. In the session we sit with whoever is willing, scroll recent changes, and narrate what we see: “Tuesday 9 p.m., scene renamed,” “Wednesday morning, notification muted.” People recognise their own gestures. Defensiveness drops.

If a home needs separate accounts later, that decision comes after the map — not as the opening lecture.
