Informational rates for consultations. Final quotes depend on home size, number of apps, and whether we visit on-site.
We publish starting figures so you can plan. There is no checkout on this site — every engagement is confirmed by email with a written scope.

What changes the estimate
- More than four manufacturer apps under active use
- Homes larger than 2,500 sq ft or multi-storey layouts needing room-by-room walks
- Travel beyond Penang island (mainland and other states)
- Rush delivery of the written map inside three business days
Deposits
Audits and property reviews require a 30% deposit to reserve the date. Advisory sessions are prepaid in full. See our Refunds page for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
