Data we collect

• Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
• Information you voluntarily share during a consultation about devices and apps in your home (kept only as needed for the engagement)

We do not require passwords to your smart home accounts as a condition of booking. If you share temporary access during a session, you remain responsible for revoking it afterward.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver consultations, improve the website (with consent for analytics cookies), and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Consultation notes are retained for up to 36 months, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data follows cookie lifetimes described on our Cookies page.
