Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy covers paid consultations offered by Sitebloomhub: Household Usage Audits, Usage Advisory Sessions, and Property App Habit Reviews. It does not cover third-party hardware, manufacturer subscriptions, or services we do not provide.

Eligibility & timeframe

Refund requests must be emailed to info@sitebloomhub.click within fourteen (14) days of the payment date or before the scheduled session — whichever is earlier for cancellations — unless a different window is stated in your confirmation.

Full refunds

• Advisory sessions cancelled at least 48 hours before the start time
• Audits or property reviews cancelled at least 7 days before the visit, when no travel costs have been incurred

Partial refunds

• Audits cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours before the visit: deposit may be retained; remaining prepaid fees refunded
• Property reviews where only part of the agreed unit list was completed due to Sitebloomhub’s scheduling fault: unused units refunded proportionally

Non-refundable items

• Deposits after travel has been booked at your request for locations outside Penang island
• Sessions already completed
• Written usage maps already delivered
• No-shows without notice

Work already started

If intake questionnaires have been reviewed and preparation begun, we may deduct a preparation fee of up to 20% of the engagement fee before refunding the balance.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice for advisory sessions and 5 days’ notice for audits. Further reschedules may incur a RM 80 administrative fee.

No-shows

If you are absent for a scheduled session without notice, the session fee (or deposit for audits) is forfeited. A new booking requires a new payment.

Refund process & timing

Email info@sitebloomhub.click with your name, booking date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method where possible.
